Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
CareCredit

Cancellation / No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment or surgery, please contact us at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 'No Show Fee' being applied to the account. We understand that life is full of uncertainties and will do our best to accommodate our patients.
Please note that our grace period has been adjusted to 10 minutes. Additionally, we now have a no call/no show policy. If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, a rescheduling fee will be applied to your account. This fee, equivalent to the cost of the appointment, will be credited toward your next appointment as the exam fee.
